Sea Legs vs Landlubbers - An Invite to Everyone

You're welcome to join us for the ceremony. We will be providing transportation from Cane Garden Bay via Boat to Sandy Spit on the day of the wedding, in addition to hosting dinner that evening. Rooms will be available to book in Cane Garden Bay (act fast, they go quick) in early 2025 or if you're really feeling adventurous, we invite you to "buddy boat" with us by chartering your own boat for a portion of the week we are sailing.

Wedding Day

The 27th of March - we really don't have an exact time yet. You know, because it's a year out.

There are two ways to get to Tortola:

Plan on departing from Miami, it seems the best/most flight originate there, regardless if you are traveling to USVI or BVI.

Option 1 - Fly direct to the island (Torrance B Letsome Airport or whatever) - there are a few flights direct from Miami, but most of them will connect through San Juan.

Option 2 - Fly to St. Thomas in the USVI and then take a ferry across to Tortola. Allow for extra time if you go this route and be sure to book your ferry trip in advance.

We have avoided the ferry in the past due to the increased travel time and potential delays due to weather or mechanical issues. We also prefer the direct route in case any luggage is lost or delayed getting to Tortola.

Cane Garden Bay

This is where we will be hosting dinner. It's a nice area with several lodging options. But you must act fast, due to the popularity of Tortola, Spring Break, and Cruising Season, rooms will book fast. There are other places to stay on the island of course, but this is will be central to our event and will require the least amount of transportation. Cane Garden Bay also features an excellent beach.

Buddy Boat

If you're feeling adventurous, you're welcome to join us as we island hop our way through the BVI. We've chartered our boat through Navigare Yachts, listed below, and will be sailing from 3/23 - 3/29. You minimum charter requirement is three days with boats available that sleep anywhere from 4 to 12 guests. It is truly a trip of a lifetime. If you have more questions, feel free to contact Ben.
